GRAPHIC DESIGN COMPETITION RULES
FEE - TEN DOLLARS ($10) PER ENTRY
Please confirm your intent to enter prior to the Conference. Display areas in the Sheraton Grand Hotel will be on a first come, first served basis.
REGULATIONS
1. All entrants must be members (individual or theatre) of TNT and must be registered participants of the annual conference.
2. Each entrant may enter graphics from one show or of a seasonal nature which have been produced by the entrant within the past 12 months, beginning March 2007.
3. Entrants may exhibit:
Posters
Flyers
Brochures
Programs
Any advertising in a graphic medium
4. Exhibits must be mounted on poster board or other suitable material.
They may be free standing or displayed on a table.
Exhibit is not to exceed 40" x 40" x 8" tall.
If table display, entrants must provide own card table, etc.
5. Graphic designs will be judged on:
Concept
Creativity
Originality
Suitability
Effectiveness
Design
6. The graphics designs must not have been entered in previous TNT competitions.
7. Awards will be presented to a minimum of one and a maximum of three outstanding designs.
LOGISTICS
Entrants are responsible for setting up and striking exhibits.
Set up must occur between 8:30 a.m.-12 noon, Friday, and must remain in place until Sunday morning.
All exhibits must be cleared by noon Sunday.
Design displays will be set up in a designated room at the Sheraton Grand Hotel.
Electricity cannot be guaranteed. If electricity is necessary, notify the TNT office in advance.
